Epson SX600FW With Built-In Fax Machine

By admin | Jun 4, 2009

Epson All-in-ones have always offered a wide variety of features but the new Stylus SX600FW goes a step further by offering the functions of a fax machine as well as all the usual features such as printing, scanning and copying. It also has built-in Wi-Fi which means you can print and scan wherever the machine is and combined with Ethernet it can be shared between more than one computer.

The Stylus SX600FW also works exceptionally well as a stand-alone machine. It can print photos directly from a memory card, thanks to its built in card reader, or print from a digital camera via the PicBridge slot and these photo can be view and edited in the SX600FW LCD screen before being printed. Faxing and photo copying can also be performed without the need for a PC and the automatic paper feed make these tasks even easier.

Ink for the Epson SX600FW comes in the form of four individual cartridges which means you only have to change the cartridges which are empty, so if you generally use a lot of one colour you don’t have to change the whole set each time, which saves a lot of money. The printer ink cartridges can be bought individually but works out slightly cheaper if you buy them in an Epson ink multi-pack.

The SX600FW is a great addition to any home office and doesn’t look out of place or take up much room.
